The TheoPraxia Method begins with you.
Before one shifts to theological discourse or eschatological dogma, they must first understand that peace and revelation arise from the interior life and only then unfold into a broader, external understanding of reality. This is not a purely intellectual endeavor. It involves the whole person—spirit, mind, and body. When a person becomes awakened to this inner movement, they begin to recognize the difference between merely thinking about truth and actually participating in it. Their attention becomes disciplined, their desires become ordered, and their actions start to align with what they claim to believe. In that alignment, knowledge ceases to be abstract: it becomes lived wisdom, expressed in how one speaks, chooses, serves, and endures.
